Best Practices for a Successful ESEF Reporting Workflow

To successfully submit ESEF reports, meeting technical requirements are necessary. This means you may need to rethink your timeline to make room for all the necessary steps. We hope our clarified Best Practices will help you get an overview of what you need to be extra mindful of.

System and Organisation Controls (SOC)

Having a SOC 1 Type II certification is very important for CtrlPrint, since it helps provide our services securely to our customers when we handle sensitive financial information. This report indicates that CtrlPrint controls are effective and that we can be trusted to handle your data and financial information securely.

ISO certified

CtrlPrint has been ISO certified according to 27001:2022 Information Security Management since 2016. The certification covers our systems, processes and personnel.

Application uptime

In CtrlPrint’s server environment, we are monitoring usage, network traffic, system performance, and application uptime. As well as this we are security monitoring, where the system is continuously checked for security threats, such as malware, phishing attacks, or suspicious activity.

How the CtrlPrint platform works

From the beginning, we have worked to increase the flexibility, security, and transparency of corporate reporting projects. Together with our customers, we have developed solutions for the challenges that arise in complex Adobe InDesign/InCopy projects with many different participants and stakeholders.
