Utöver nuvarande rapporteringskanaler kommer du inom en snar framtid att behöva skicka in dina rapporter direkt till ESAP (European Single Access Point), enligt förslag från Europeiska kommissionen. Du har fortfarande möjlighet att skicka in din feedback och åsikt till ESMA. Tidsfristen löper ut den 8 mars 2024.
ESEF Highlights – Navigating the European Single Access Point
In addition to your current reporting channels, you’ll be required to submit your reports directly to ESAP in the near future, as proposed by the European Commission. You still have an opportunity to have your say by submitting your feedback. The deadline is March 8, 2024.
